graphite and classic eucalyptus whispers for authentic regional seduction

with 18 days of maceration followed by a soft vertical pressing and ageing in a pair of 500l French oak barrels

The roots of old 60 year old vines (again, planted by Bens grandfather) dig deep and produce low yields, bringing depth to the sites energy. To emphasise the different terroirs of each parcel, the winemaking for all the Chardonnays remains very similar. All the grapes are pressed as whole bunches
