A circular silver medal, the obverse centre presents the left facing bust of Friedrich circumscribed by the inscription FRIEDRICH HERZOG VON ANHALT, the reverse centre presents the four line inscription FR TREUE IN DER ARBEIT (FOR LOYALTY IN THE WORK), surrounded by an open ended oak leaf wreath tied at the bottom by a ribbon, measuring 32. 09 mm in diameter, and in extremely fine
