A circular gilded silver medal, the obverse depicting the Crowned Royal Cypher of Franz Joseph I, circumscribed Constantiae et Patriae Amori in capitalized Latin, the reverse bearing a double headed Austrian Eagle with laurels at the base and topped by the inscription Quinque Lustra in matching capitalized Latin, on
