Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a leftward facing profile of Prince Regent Luitpold, the reverse with an inscription of DEM BESTEN SCHTZEN (THE BEST SHOOTERS) inside of an oak leaf wreath, the obverse maker marked A. BRSCH, measuring 34. 79 mm in diameter, weighing 29. 1 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
