Silvio Carta Vermouth Rosso jasmine-monet It mingles aromas of ripeThis non fortified Vermouth is made with a base of 2006 Vernaccia di Oristano Riserva aged for 12 years in small, 90 year old Sardinian chestnut barrels. It is infused with a blend of forged Sardinian herbs, including elicriso, Desoleana sage, myrtle leaf, thyme, lentisk (mastic) & artemisia. Its aroma is a complex array of herbs like rosemary, bay leaf, and pine resins with a layer of honeyed walnut and apricot kernel with hints of a saline sea
