Three piece construction, in silver gilt with red, white, yellow, light blue and ultramarine blue enamels, type III with Cyrillic text in the ribbon banner, number engraved "9508" on the reverse, measuring 47 mm (w) x 54. 2 mm (h), screwback, fine chipping evident in the white enamels on the loop at the upper left, otherwise the enamels are intact, near extremely fine.
