Quinta da Trovisca Doc Douro LBV 2017 burgenland savoury and earthy charactersLate bottled vintage (LBV) Port should be ever so simple. The official definition says that it is a ruby Port from a single year, chosen for its high quality and bottled after aging for four to six years in wood. It presents vibrant youthful notes of blackberries cherries and plums. On the palate its intense, full and compact, with lots of dark fruit, and spices balanced by well structured tannins, leading to a long and firm finish.
