An Imperial Japanese Naval Officer's Dagger Newly Listed 1881 in RushdenLate World War II Japanese Naval Dagger with a total length 39. 5cm; The hilt is crafted out of plastic,dating this dagger to the later war years. The blade is reasonably sharp, with considerable wear throughout although it remains solid. The leather sheath is decorated with brass plating with the gilding intact featuring cherry blossom leafs. This dagger has been apart and thus, the cross guard assembly is loose. It features manufacturer's markings.
