Estonia, Republic. An Order Of The Eagle Cross, I Class Star, C.1930 United Republic of a fasces to the left(Kotkaristi teenetemaerk). Instituted on 24 February 1928. 1928 1950 issue. A beaded multiple rayed eight pointed star in polished silver, the obverse centre presents an enameled black Maltese cross in silver gilt, displaying a highly detailed silver Estonian eagle holding a sword and the Estonian coat of arms, with three blue lions on a silver shield, the reverse presents a principle pin assembly dual stays, measuring 86. 17 mm (w) x 85. 76 mm (h),
