Sleeves are 19 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Jacket is loose in fit with two buttons at top of neckline, open below that, has collar and front edges trimmed in braid and three quarter length sleeves. Skirt measures 28 at the waist, 38 through the hips and length is 24. Skirt is straight with metal back zipper and one button on the waistband. Fabric is
