Careful selection of silver dichroic glass and cobalt blue creates a panel with many personalities. In bright light the dichroic glass shimmers and sparkles. In low light the background dims and the dichroic glass pops light a traffic light and stares back at you. Hand cut squares and rectangles of layered on top of each other. The glass is fired in a kiln to 1500 degrees until it becomes one
