80's Fabulous Taffeta Tulle Ball Gown by Bernard Perris cropped trousers the skirt has slash pocketsThis fabulous French ball gown from Bernard Perris features layer upon layer of pink taffeta and black tulle. The skirt comprises three layers of fine black tulle, a layer of fuschia pink taffeta, a stiff tulle petticoat, and a bottom layer of black silk taffeta (the bodice is also lined in black taffeta). The dress has a densely ruched bodice and midriff with a dropped waist. There is flexible boning in the bodice and foam in the cups. After we
