These are in very good condition, with the only flaw being a couple of tiny spots of discoloration in the bowtie of one penguin. Honestly, it's pretty unnoticeable but you can get a good look in the last pic. I do not see any maker name. Please see below for measurements Length: Top of hook to bottom of earring 2".
