Stay Awhile #3 Product:Stay Awhile #3 Double-layered brushed woolInspired by Mary Oliver's poem "When I Am Among The Trees", this work was inspired by the sight of a forest in winter, snowflakes falling softly and sparkling in the air. To achieve her desired effect, Jeanne LaCasse made silver leaf "confetti" and utilized rock salt to embed in the oil paint and cold wax medium. The painting is housed in a black metal frame with white mat and is ready to hang. This is part of a series. See alt photo.
