Matching belt. Half puff sleeves with shoulder pads and button cuffs. Back button down closure. Pleated waist. Not lined. 100% polyester fabric, no stretch. Label is Liz Claiborne. Condition Very good vintage condition. The elastic in the waist has lost most of it's stretch, but there is a matching belt. Suggested Modern Size Vintage tag size is 10, and it fits
