60’s Black Ribbon Soutache Embroidered Lace Skirt Dress new with tags best for a size 2/4This 60's vintage dress has a black velvet bodice with a gorgeous ribbon soutache embroidered lace skirt. There is a satin ribbon waistband. Ruffled neckline, zip back. The dress is fully lined. Hook closure at the wrist. The dress is in good vintage condition. There are a few small flaws on the velvet on the sleeves. The flower at the waist is a little squashed and could easily be replaced with a rhinestone brooch or a new flower. Made in USA union
