The narrow waist band fastens with two side buttons no zipper. The skirt is calf length. It measures 30" around the waist and 31" in length. Very good condition (a rust stain at the lower back seen in photo and reflected in the price). Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Small. Catalog # 4165
