The dress is made a of light polyester and has been cleaned and washed! This was stored at my neighbor's house for many years and is in excellent condition. I've washed it for you. There purple is still vibrant and the white is clean! It has been hemmed up about 4 inches and could be let down if you wish. I think this may be hand sewn because there are no tags.
