50's Two Tiered Tulle Petticoat with Waist Tie season ticket This sweater is a dreamA tulle petticoat with two tiers. One to the knee and the other to the hip. The tulle is stiffened so that the petticoat resembles a tutu. It ties at the waist with white cotton piping that finishes the waist. It's sized a 12 but will fit a small by today's standards. It measures 27" around the waist and the length is 25". Hand wash. Excellent condition. Size Small. Catalog # 6831
