Made by Monet, and with oval shaped hoops attached to thumb print style termination points. 2 1 2" long 1 7 16" wide Condition: In good to great vintage shape. Signs of age, loss of luster to the silver coating. The clip on fasteners are very strong, and tight. Marked Monet.
