has little metal straps on the sides to tighten the waist

peachish ruffled slip dress skirt the side seam has comethis one has no tag so i cannot date it properly but it looks to be 80s. this one is hand dyed as well but the dye didnt grab as well so its still quite pinkish! head hole is 13 inches. shoulder width is 17 inches. pit to pit is 19 inches. length is 40 inches.
