The fabric is cotton. Tube top is stretchy and has two straps attached which tie behind the neck. Wide ruffled hem. Matching semi sheer ruffled shawl. Side nylon zipper. Good condition. There is a light mark on the skirt which I have pictured. It's hard to see when worn. No maker's label present. Measurements Bust 32" 34" Waist 26" 30" Length 49. 5" from
