90’s Red Straw Church Hat velour jacket 1990's blue linen & silk90's bright red straw breton hat. 3 inch crown is wrapped in a red satin hatband with a large net plumb in the back. Attached is a thick red flocked veiling that can be tucked into the brim or worn down over the upper part of the face. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon.
