80's Navy Print Secretary Dress 1940s robe NOTED FLAWS: The fabric mayPerfect for an 80's costume. A one piece dress with a two piece look, it features a tunic type navy and white floral top with big navy buttons up the back and at the front vents over a narrow solid navy skirt. Short sleeves and gathered shoulders complete the 80's look. The label reads, "Jenny Made in USA". It measures 38" around the bust, the waist is 30", the shoulders are 15" across, and the length is 43". Hand or machine wash. Excellent condition.
