30’s Black Cocktail Evening Dress floral handbag Over sized BlouseThis is a beautiful late 1930's maxi dress! Features a mesh upper with lace sleeves and stripes. Ties at the back of the collar, and has a side Talon zipper. No tag to indicate maker or fabric. This dress is being sold AS IS, as there are some issues. I also believe the top portion of the dress may not be original, as the mesh has some stretch to it, which was not common in 1930's dresses. There has also been a few spots with hand stitching, which
