60's/70's Black Hand Painted Floral Polka Dot Tunic ut university Advertisement image from Vogue 1985Amazing Indian tunic totally hand painted! Made of a lightweight fabric that feels like rayon or polyester or could be a blend. There is a hook and eye at the neck. Slips over the head. Even the tiny white polka dots are painted! No labels. Very good condition. I purchased it at an estate sale with other tunics from the 60s and 70s. They were from Africa, Egypt and India. The owner was a world traveler. It is handmade so hard to pinpoint a date.
