70's Smock Jacket by J C Penny Fashions petite suit Amazing village scenesA cotton blend smock jacket from J C Penny Fashions. The jacket is white with red accents top stitching and buttons. It has a wide collar typical of the 70's and cropped sleeves. It has raglan sleeves, a back yoke and full cut. It measures 38" around the bust, the sleeves are 11" from the underarm and the length is 23". Very good condition (some of the red top stitching has worn off the cuffs seen in last two photos and reflected in the price). Hand
