It has a high neck, fitted bodice, and loose skirt. Super fun and flirty! There is a small patch instead the shoulder area. Can't see it from the outside. I suppose it was to cover a small hole. Have to strain to see the area from the outside. Approximate modern size: XS S Bust: 33" Waist: 28" Length: 37" Has some stretch but the arms are fairly fitted. Please read
