It flowers soon after the rain in the sandhills and has a very sweet taste. The painting refers to her mother's Dreaming west of Kintore. Loretta grew up between Haasts Bluff and Areyonga and is the granddaughter of Linda Nginkitjanka, one of Ikuntji Artists' founding members.
