00's Silk Floral Velvet and Chiffon Midi Skirt by Prada cluster pin Red belted dress1990s Y2K Prada silk chiffon and silk velvet skirt. Slinky beige double layered skirt with blue and grey vines and flower motif. Tiny pin holes near waist where someone had temporarily taken the skirt in. A rust colored stain to one of the flowers in the front. Marked size 44 Italian size but measures 30 waist, 38 hips, 32 total length.
