Fully lined in rayon. Round neck with short, nearly half sleeves, huge shoulder pads, ornately sequined and beaded, falling to a jagged edge. This lovely cocktail party, or Mother of the Bride sheath, is beautifully hand beaded, with just the right amount of sparkle. Shoulder pads are simply attached and
