Royal Blue Hooded Cape by Anthony Richards 80s 1980s 70s 1970s Plus size dress that IRoyal blue hooded cape. Fabric is a thick polyester blend. Stitched arms with a single neck hook and eye closing and a front sash tie hoodie. The hood can be worn down looking more like a collar or up loosely over the head. Excellent condition showing no wear or age. Label is Anthony Richards, Made in the USA. This label started in 1982 and continues today. This is more of a one size fits all.
