Sleeves are 18 long from shoulder seam to cuff. Length from top of shoulder to waist level is 16. These are flat measurements and fabric does have some stretch. Has high collar with split neck, shoulder pads ( can be removed easily), three quarter length sleeves, buttons down front to hip level; straight shape, original belt. Fabric is 88%
