Each silver wire is bent and layered then fused, the brass circles are added last. It is simple and bold. Adjusts 16 19" with hook clasp. Fabric & Care The color will change some over time, a quick brush with a Scotch Brite pad and soapy water will take off any tarnish and keep the satin finish.
