'80’s Sheer Peplum Blouse with Belt mink fur swing coat and there is some marringGreat '80s secretary blouse by Morgan City by Eugene Smith. Sheer red 100% polyester material, pearl buttons down the front, deep v neck, puff 3 4 sleeves, matching detachable belt. When cinched, it creates a peplum effect. Machine washable! The cuffs have not button fastening. There is just a thin strap of shoulder pad to create the puffed sleeve effect (photo 11). In excellent vintage condition; the belt has some creases from age (last photo).
