80s/90s Black And White Stripe Blouse By Louis Feraud bobby soxer skirt 5" long including bail1980s era beautiful striped blouse with spread collar. Boxy fit, with hidden buttons. The stripes are on a jacquard background. Has quite large shoulder pads basted into shoulder seams, could easily be removed. Really great structured style.
