It has a drawstring waist with three weights at the end of each tie. The skirt is ankle length, and printed with a rich paisley pattern of burgundy, blue, yellow, and gold. It measures up to 38" around the waist and the length is 34". It's sized a Medium. Excellent Condition (Dead Stock). Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Medium. Catalog # 6524
