The 25% canephora content gives the Sunriser espresso more body than the pure SLN9 (N7612), without losing its characteristic cardamom note. The Canephora portion gives the Sunriser its chocolaty direction. The Sunriser is great as an espresso and also works wonderfully in conjunction with milk, producing a chocolaty yet mild cappuccino.
