CARROLL LONDON" on the reverse, obverse with a club shaped insignia in the centre illustrating two soldiers, each of which holds a long spear, the one at the left backed by a large "G", the one at the right backed by a large "C", a large "C" above fronted by a cannon and a stack of six cannonballs and surmounted by a knight's helmet, the club insignia backed by crossed spears, a ribbon banner below inscribed
